The Team

"Qualified as a Chemical Engineer (B.Tech.M.I Ch.E) in 1986 and worked for 4 years in the Industry. Love for children and Adoption became the reason for me to promote a voluntary initiative for Adoptive Families. A deep sense of responsibility towards the society and the capacity to cause a change catalyzed Relief Foundation, to promote the Social Action towards deprived and distressed children.

The experience of evolving as a person, after starting this Organisation, and "finding" myself in it has had a positive impact on my family who share the same concerns and the work involved. I consider it a boon to serve the most battered children and women by facilitating justice to them with my role in the Child Welfare Jury.

"Qualified as a Structural Engineer in 1981, and providing consultancy services for the Corporate and Education Sector, a passion to work for a cause of children led to forming Relief Foundation with other Trustees. Practical approach to problem solving has largely helped in forging partnerships with the Govt. departments working in the area of children. Strong conviction that quality education is the only solution to provide a safe future for children. I focus my work on early childhood care and education for children in Balwadis."

"Qualified as an Electronics Engineer, and employed in Govt. service since 1989 in the Dept of Telecom, opportunity to see and understand the problems ailing humans spurred me towards forming Relief Foundation. Sharing responsibilities for medical support for children in the Govt. Homes, and tracing missing children's families gave me a whole range of experience on the needs of children and reasons for their problems including delinquency. Relief has been a starting point for all in my family to be involved with such deprived children and adults to cause a better future for them."
