1998-2004: Adoption & entry into the Juvenile Justice System

2004 - 2008: These years we focused primarily on improving the conditions in Juvenile/Remand/Transit Homes. We also started thinking about educational interventions at the homes

2008 - 2009: We began seriously looking at transforming schools and started partnerships with a few schools.
